Great, thanks! I found this very useful for debugging problems with mv_cesa. Hard-coding digests and cipher texts just doesn't scale so well, especially when every possible combination of input data value and length could be broken (e.g. I had a bug once where only all-zero plaintext worked). No idea if it's possible to have the openssl_wrapper also do AEAD? Maybe that would be useful for debugging your current work. Another thing I just noticed, these commit-mails are somehow broken. E.g. backslashes are missing completely, and worse they're somehow interpreted (trailing ones make lines continue and stuff). Just in case you haven't noticed yet.
