Just curious, could there be some enlightenment on
the statement; "NSA monitor traffic at 9 IXPs".
I'd like to know which particular IXPs are implicated
here and, if anyone cares to speculate, why.
I find this an interesting statement as I run an IXP and
am pretty intimate with the design/construction of most
of the popular public IXPs.
