Recent reports on the handling of classified policy information make it
clear that the information will be "leaked" to many sources, and will
quickly fall into the hands of America's adversaries. The closed debate
shuts out public discussion without protecting the information from
potential foes.

Or, as Tom Clancy pointed out, it'll be published in Aviation Week the
following month.
