Doesn't this give the game away a little? What has intelligence to do
with child pornography? Except in the context of a damn good way to
justify spying on your citizens (which _is_ intelligence) to the
gullible, of course.
BTW, did you know that the right to put paper in your pockets, freely
and without inhibition, allows child pornographers to distribute their
filth unimpeded? LEA have a right to inspect the contents of all
pockets. This is self-evident.
