The September 1999 Physical Meeting of the San Francisco Bay Area Cypherpunks will feature the A5/2 cryptanalysis, and new of recent events in government, law enforcement and cypherpunkdom (Crypto'99, Burning Man, etc). The meeting will be in two parts, a general discussion featuring a discussion of the recently-retracted PECSENC recommendations (see below), followed by some technical presentations and, if we're fortunate, an IPsec interoperability challenge.
