I've been asked to explain what this is ... the ASA is a UK body, the
Advertising Standards Authority. Their brief is to ensure that
advertisements are legal, decent, honest and truthful.

The URL referred to above is an adjudication against RSA Security Inc.,
upholding a complaint that RSA had untruthfully described free software
as unsupported and out-of-date.
