This appears to be something on the order of onion routing but it's in
very early stages. Clearly his "route balls" are onions. From the
initial set of pages he has up, I'd guess the approach is a bit naive,
but probably worth keeping track of. 

I asked him to set up a mailing list (since SourceForge provides that
sort of thing) for discussing the details of his protocols; he said he
would once he'd gotten a little further along.

My guess is he'll need something of a crash course in threat
models. And his PR could use a little work. :)
