I'm the inventor of SRP.  The version of the protocol described in RFC
2945 (see http://srp.stanford.edu/) is royalty-free for worldwide use.

You should be able to contact the inventors of the other password
protocols (AMP, PAK, S3P, SNAKE, etc.) through links on my site or David
Jablon's site.
