Cryptography 0.9.2 has been released. This release updates the Windows wheels
to use OpenSSL 1.0.2c and has no other changes.
On behalf of the project, I'd like to apologize for the lateness of this
release. Going forward we have automated tooling to help build 32-bit and
64-bit Windows libraries for OpenSSL so we can release more quickly and
reliably.
