SF Bay Area Cypherpunks  15 Jan 2000 · Meeting Announcement

The January 2000 SF Bay Cypherpunks meeting will be on January 15th!

The Bay Area Cypherpunks Meeting will be held on 15 January 2000
Room A3 of the San Jose Convention Center, 150 West San Carlos, San Jose,
from 12 noon until 6pm.
This is an open public meeting on US soil. Everybody is invited!

There may be access rules for the building, since convention setup
is in progress - please enter through the front door,
and we may need to provide badges.

General Info:

For those of you who plan ahead: the January 2000 cypherpunks physical
meeting will be on January 15th, the Third Saturday in January, 
instead of the usual Second Saturday.
This will align our meeting with the RSA Data Security Conference 
        http://www.rsaconference.com/
in San Jose the following week (registration starts on 16 Jan). 
Many of the usual cypherpunk suspects from around the planet will be in town.

The informal pre-meeting get-together begins around noon.
Speakers will begin at about 12:30pm and go until around 5 or 6pm.
The meeting will be followed by an optional group dinner nearby from 6-8pm,
probably at Gordon Biersch.
