Well, so much for peer review! After a weekend of number-theory-wrangling, I found and nailed several bugs in Lucre, both in the Java implementation and in the theory paper. So, once more, it has been updated. The latest version can be found, as always, at http://anoncvs.aldigital.co.uk/lucre/.
Anyone actually using it for anything vaguely serious is advised to upgrade.
