Just joined the list, so can't reply to the relevant message, but just to confirm, it was me that did the pairwise GCDs of the PGP public keyrings, assisted by Matthias Bauer.
I was talking about it at PET 2004 - and in fact we may have written run the s/w during PET. It took about 24 hours for the whole run on my laptop.
