Sure yeah, under the list of "things that can't possibly be useful in any
way for the problem described".

The DWave machine is widely considered to not be a universal quantum
computer[1], and  *even if it was*, which it isn't, there are no known
quantum algorithms which offer any serious benefit in this arena.
