NSA says use aes256 for top secret. AES goes worldwide.
Would be pretty funny if in the black halls its lifespan is
one year and they risk assessed the rest of the world at 50.
Don't 'forget' that's a bet even you'd be tempted to take if
you saw an appropriately sized public vs secret window.
And that's after all the falseness is sorted out.

There should perhaps be some libraries that do the stack or
xor of multiple opposing schemes behind one call, to maybe
narrow the space between the panes.
