who design and implement block ciphers and secure digests.

Jon Callas is a cryptographer who designs and implements block ciphers
and secure digests - the skein hash and three fish.
He does not believe that AES and SHA-2 rest are necessarily broken - but
neither does he believe that they are not broken.
