Hmm.. this sounds good:

"... It should also be noted that under AWV 4b transmissions of software on-line (intangible transfer)
are considered to be exports, which would mean that, for example, the transmission of
software with encryption functions over the Internet could be considered an export. However,
Germany has fully implemented the General Software Note, so no export licenses need to be
obtained for software which is "freely available". Since software distributed over the Internet is
likely to be regarded as being "freely available", no license is generally required for encryption
distributed on-line. ..."

this sounds good.. but i dont have read the whole pdf..
its just to much to read until i dont want to spend my life reading this "c**p" ;)...

i think i will release the new alpha the next days..
there is PGP and SSH out there this is also allowed here.. so my small
app should not make any problems..

now i need a new license note in the new alpha
informing the users to check their rights to use encryption?
there are countries out there which are not allowed to use encryption..
argh.. this really makes me crazy..
where should i ask? hmm.. i have to think more about this..
i have still no real answer to this issue

thx all so far,
Christian Kolek
