cryptlib 4.2 and sun forte

Guys,

I downloaded cryprlib 4.2 applied the patches to the Sun Forte compiler
(exactly the same version of compiler, OS and patch as mentioned in David
Lamkin's note) and the diffs recommended by David Lamkin but the compilation
failed in the file: bench.cpp.
It complains about missing "(" in the nbtheory.h file (??)

Has anyone managed to successfully compile cryptlib 4.2?

Any help would be highly appreciated.
