VS.NET 2003 included cryptography classes

Hi, I came across several cryptography classes today in VS.NET 2003's 
System.Security namespace.  It appears from what I can see to be a fairly 
complete collection of algorithms.  I was just wondering if anyone could 
compare crypto++ with VS.NET's cryptography collection.  Thanks in advance.
