The newest release of the SFL (R2.2, from 3/03) can be built with
Crypto++5.0.  My suite of tests work with Crypto++5.0 and the sm_free3
CTIL.  You will have to uncomment the "#define CRYPTOPP_5_0" line from
./smp/SMIME/alg_libs/sm_free3/sm_free3.h before you build.  You will
have to stage the include files and place the libraries in the
appropriate location for the build on Solaris, Linux or MS Windows.
This is described in the Readme files and the Makefiles/Project files.
