Crypto++ 5.1 and MSVC 6.0

Hi Wei,

Feedback on my compile:

Crypto++ 5.1
MSVC 6.0 EE, SP5
Dinkumware 3.08 STL

When building Win32 Debug, the compiler stopped with a heap limit error
(exceeded the 105MB default limit).

I added the /Zm256 switch to increase the limit.
