Well done on a new release. Yet more Good Stuff! Just a quick question (amongst so many):

As a slight aside, while I'm sending some e-mail, I've noticed a while back that some of the stream ciphers (seal and MARC4) seem to ``run out'' after a certain amount of data has been through them (1032 bytes). Am I missing something? More specifically, the decryption stream is full of zeros. Also the encrypted stream contains all zeros from the second to fourth output K repeatedly. In other words, encrypting produces a stream of encoded for 1K then zeros for 3K repeatedly. Are seal and MARC4 only valid for 1K of input? Jim.
