Yes. I am using it in several projects.

I've not used it personally so someone else would be better fit to
reply. However, RSA-PSS was defined in PKCS #1 v2.1 and Wei Dai (on his
website) refers to a PKCS #1 v2.0. But as I said, perhaps someone else
would be better fit to reply on this one...
