Hi, I notice parts of the 5.2.3 distribution seem to be missing (including several .dat files). Specifically cryptopp.rc is missing from the source directory, which prevents successful compilation/link of the Win32 DLL variant of crypto.

As an aside the deployed release of crypto isn't immediately buildable (aside from the Win32 rc issue above) due to the fact that source and include directories are split.

Subject: new FIPS 140-2 validated module released

Crypto++ has successfully completed a second FIPS 140-2 validation process with a new version (5.2.3) and a new compiler (MSVC .NET 2003), and the result is now available for download from the usual place (www.cryptopp.com).
