Are your adding aes.cpp to the Crypto++ lib project?
better way to do it would be to create a new project for ase.cpp and link to
Crypto++
if you want to have Crypto++ source readily available you could have a
solution with 2 projects and make the AES sample dependant upon Crypto++; that
way if you get a bug fix from source forge you should be able to open the
master solution and rebuild and things "should" build in order.

HI all,
I have some existing code(.cpp) which uses Crypto++
and I
need to simply run it. I am using VC++ 6.0 on Win XP.
The library comiled alrite but I have no idea how to
go on to merge my code (say aes.cpp - simple AES
example) to the project. I am new to VC++ but have
worked on C++ quiet a bit.
I would appreciate the help.
Thanks,
