hash code function

Hello,
I've a problem that I can't resolve regarding hash code. I got a 1000 bits
file which is hashed to obtain 128 bits. I have to find a 1000 bits sequence
which has the  same hash code. I msut find how many attempt that I've got to
do. Same question with a 160 bits.
