If you want to use the 5.2.3 FIPS-validated DLL, your application must be
compiled with MSVC .NET 2003. Sorry, but it wasn't possible to make the DLL
compatible with both compilers.

Subject: Visual Studio 6 and crypto++5.2.3
Can I build my application in Visual Studio 6 (C++) using crypto++ 5.2.3?
If not, then is crypto++ 5.0.4 my only option? It does not seem to have
the
RSASS<PSS, SHA256>.
Thanks.
