Crypto++ doesn't have an XML encoder. Sorry, but it's called Crypto++, not 
Everything++. :-) But seriously, all of the major features in Crypto++ 
should be listed on www.cryptopp.com. Let me know if I left out something or 
could do a better job advertising the "goodies", since it's certainly not my 
intention to hide anything.

P.S., there's already an open source product that uses Crypto++ and does the 
same thing as FCIV (probably a lot more actually): 
http://sourceforge.net/projects/tripwire/.
