Here is some more information from Søren. If anyone else sees this, please
report the error. Otherwise I'll assume it's something specific to Søren's
machine.
BTW, the work around is to just copy the file manually.

There are no custom build steps defined in the cryptlib project. I've
checked both the Custom Build Step tab, as well as the Build Events
tabs.
I'm using VS2005 SP1.
