This manifesto was an extremely encouraging reading for me
quite a few years ago.
However, it might also be considered a very advanced pgp user manual nowadays,
not to mention mix networks.
It might be great to update it with recent academia results,
laying a roadmap for another generation of smart tools.

I'm not trying to criticize general ideas outlined in the manifesto
and it's unique style in any way,
should I say.
