Hi Wei, Are you aware of the status of this in comittee? I'm hoping it will make its way into Crypto++ shortly as a beta.
As a side note, I looked at implementing it on my own (on top of the library), and then as a stand alone. I follow the basic roots of unity over the curve, but I think it is best to leave the implementation to the expert(s).
