Thanks a lot for your help!!! Finally I found this elliptic curve, it's SECG's recommended elliptic curve which can be found on "3.6.1 Recommended Parameters sect233k1" of "SEC 2: Recommended Elliptic Curve Domain Parameters" Thanks !
