Hi All, An FYI to cut down on the chatter of questions. My apologies I left so many things unanswered in the article.

I find the Crypto++ mailing list is fielding lots of Product Keys based on Elliptic Curve questions. Most questions can be clarified in the article (which I will be revising shortly). The article is located at http://www.codeproject.com/cpp/ECIESProductKey.asp. The revisions will include basic EC theory to explain what the parameters mean. However, I could use your help. Certicom requires Domain Parameters be over the interval [0, p-1]. At times, ECB will offer negative values. Would it be possible to offer a check box in ECB that enforces something similar to "Use Positive Values for Parameters"? This is something I cannot fix. I know we briefly talked about this in the past. It seems the most expedient way to resolve the issue (and keep us from answer the same question over and over).
