I don't think that is going to work. Aren't Pocket PC's ARM
instruction set based? All the FIPS certified DLLs are x86 Windows
DLLs. The old message posting you're referring to is talking about
problems recompiling crypto++ from source -- with an old compiler. I
think there are newer compilers available now that can handle
exceptions.
