Can someone explain what the PSetNewHandler parameter is in SetNewAndDeleteFromCryptoPP()? I've seen several examples of SetNewAndDeleteFromCryptoPP(), but none do anything with this parameter. I have implemented it in my program and don't use it, and all works just fine.
