Hi, I performed the test (http://csrc.nist.gov/publications/nistpubs/ 800-38a/sp800-38a.pdf). The reason for the different results seems to be, that the CFB mode has 4 different sub-modes, the 1-bit CFB mode, the 8-bit CFB mode, the 64-bit CFB mode, or the 128-bit CFB mode. The PHP script seems to use the 8-bit CFB mode, while Crypto++ uses the 128-bit CFB mode.
Is there a possibility to run Crypto++ with 8-bit CFB mode?
