Wei - thank you for a quick reply!

What's time frame for the next version? This year? First part of next
year? Second part of next year?

>From a functional standpoint, both GCM and CCM mode come to mind
(especially GCM, although both are used in a number of newer
standards).

Plus, it'd be great if the code was annotated with SAL, and be /
analyze-clean (e.g. http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms235402.aspx
and
http://blogs.msdn.com/vcblog/archive/2008/02/05/prefast-and-sal-annotations.aspx).
You'd be amazed by how many exploitable bugs are found by /analyze.
If possible, you'd want to use VS2008, since it uses latest SAL and
PREfast engine.

Finally, it'd be fantastic if the code would also be /W4-clean -
except, of course, you'd have to disable all of the useless
warnings :).

Thanks!
