Folks: I maintain a library which offers Python wrappers around a couple of Crypto++ algorithms:
http://allmydata.org/trac/pycryptopp I just tried to build it with the new Python 2.6 on Windows, and was sad to learn that it is impossible (or at least not well-understood) to build Python extension modules for Python 2.6 using mingw. I don't want to acquire a Microsoft compiler and install it and learn how to use it right now, so for the time being pycryptopp is not going to come with binaries that work with Python 2.6 on Windows. However, it occurred to me that some volunteer out there might like to run a buildbot to add to this list of buildbots: http://allmydata.org/buildbot-pycryptopp/waterfall Then that buildbot could produce binaries for Python 2.6 on Windows, and also I would have a continuous test to make sure that I haven't accidentally introduced a bug that is revealed on Windows with Python 2.6. Thanks!
