I'm not a lawyer, and this isn't legal advice; if you're incorporating other people's code into software that forms the basis for your business, and you don't understand the license requirements, it is a very good idea to gain access to a lawyer and run the licenses for that by them. That said, I don't think you're looking at the actual license, but a summary. The real license is here: http://www.cryptopp.com/License.txt If you look at that, your situation seems to be addressed directly and the restrictions are very clearly enumerated.
