It is unclear from using the algorithm, but when I use the DH algorithm, I see that you can either pass a RandomNumberGenerator or you can pass a modulus and generator. I assume that if you pass the modulus and generator then the DH algorithm will not generate primes during the key creation process? I'd like to avoid any unnecessary slowness that could be alleviated in a preprocessing step.
