There are no plans for this now. In order to get FIPS certification, we need someone willing to write the necessary "Security Policy" documentation (for Windows this is easy since I can just modify the previous versions) and pay a testing lab to do the FIPS testing. I think in the past, the price range was somewhere around $30000 to $50000, but I didn't deal with the money issues so I'm not sure.
