Does implementation of ECDSA in Crypto++ conform to some standard? For
example, can I say "ECDSA in Crypto++ conforms to FIPS 186-3" or
"ECDSA in Crypto++ conforms to X9.62, Public Key Cryptography for the
Financial Services Industry: The Elliptic Curve Digital Signature
Algorithm. January 1999"?
