Hi All, An FYI in case a anyone is writing software that might be run on OpenSUSE.
OenSUSE was informed that it should upgrade to Crypto++ 5.6.1 to clear the libcryptopp.so and SHA-2/GCC/x64 optimization issues. See https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=645248. Novel closed the bug with the comment, "cryptocpp is not a part of SUSE Linux, so there's nothing to fix". Unfortunately[?], it appears that cryptopp is available through python-pycryptopp, which makes me suspect it might affect Zokoo and Tahoe LAFS. See http://software.opensuse.org/search?q=cryptopp&baseproject=openSUSE%3AFactory. Jeff -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the "Crypto++ Users" Google Group.
