I have compiled the DLL and my project in VS 2003.NET and after spending a long time getting everything consistent so that it linked properly I get it to compile. However, when I execute one of the functions using this in my application I get "Cryptographic algorithms are disabled after a power-up self test failed". What is causing this and how do I fix it?
