It sounds like you are on firm ground with respect to the
implementation, though.

Getting it into Wireshark is probably the tougher problem (similar:
https://www.google.com/#q=wireshark+SSL%2FTLS). Does Zigbee offer a
proxy for the Trust Center? (Not too outlandish - Wireless Application
Protocol (WAP) has the man in the middle built in, for example).
