can you please tell me where you found "AES-ECB1" and "AES-ECB2" as I never 
heard before of this two modes.
But I can tell you already now, that crypto++ supports AES-ECB although 
it's ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED.
You can access it via ECB<AES>::Encryption Encryptor(Key,Keylength).
Of course you must specify using namespace CryptoPP before or you have to 
add CryptoPP:: in front of the ECB and AES.
