Concerning the discussion on the Bernstein functions:
I'd be willing include the curves, but I won't make any changes to the 
logic that processes ECs. So there'd be no advantage as this curve requires 
modifications of the generic logic implemented in Crypto++.
Everyone who already had to do with EC-Crypto knows what I mean.
