Hey everyone,

single threaded versions of BLAKE2 (conforming with Crypto++/JPM
interfaces) are now on github.
Multithreaded versions will follow soon.

@zooko:
Can you please post valid test vectors either here or on the BLAKE2
website? (two or three per version)

@mouse & jeffrey:
I did not update the makefile yet according to your discussion.

@everyone:
If you know since which version your compiler supports std::thread class,
please post the version number. Thank You.
