Hmmm.... Good question. When DJ, Wei and I set up the wiki, I don't ever recall us discussing terms like that. As a primary contributor to the wiki, I'm inclined to offer the material under the same terms as Wei provides the library. But I'm not sure those terms are appropriate for documentation.
