Currently, the makefile has the following recipe for libcryptopp.so:
libcryptopp.so: $(LIBOBJS)
$(CXX) -shared -o $@ $(LIBOBJS)
This results in a linker error when passing options through the compiler
driver and CXXFLAGS. Options to be passed include --sysroot="..." and
-fsantize=undefined (in the case of Clang++).
I'd like to add CXXFLAGS to the recipe.
