Hi Everyone,

A quick update.... We straightened out the define issues on Windows and
Linux, but they were too extreme for OS X at the moment. For example, OS X
and Clang can handle some ASM, but it can't handle Intel syntax. So things
took a turn for the worse.

We should have a new ZIP in a couple of hours. I'm doing the initial smoke
test under Cygnwin, MinGW, Linux, Windows and GCC and Intel compilers. If
we can get a OS X signoff today from Uri, then we will officially announce
RC4.
